At its best, feedback allows organizations to hear diverse perspectives, practice inclusive engagement, and build systems and structures that sustainably shift power over time. All too often, organizations have feedback practices in place that don’t yield insights. Listen4Good, a national capacity building program, aims to change that. This session will explore the relationship between feedback, program improvement, and equity and inclusion, drawing on the experiences of organizations who have participated in Listen4Good.
