Registration Details

Attendees will be asked several questions during registration to help us best schedule small-group meetings with legislators and meet & greet opportunities. This will help us make the day most useful and meaningful for attendees.

In order to best match attendees with the appropriate legislators prior to the event, you'll need to provide legislative district numbers, for both your nonprofit organization headquarters and for your personal address, during the registration process. For help finding those districts, visit http://azredistricting.org/districtlocator/ prior to registering.

Please note: We cannot guarantee a meeting with a certain legislator or elected official; meetings with legislators tend to change, cancel, move or reschedule at the last minute! Also, please be advised, the legislature does not have a mask or vaccination requirement for legislators, legislative staff or the public. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that legislators or legislative staff will be vaccinated or follow mask guidelines.  Alliance scheduled meetings will be held outdoors as often as possible (weather permitting). Thank you in advance for your flexibility!

If you have an accessibility accommodation need, please select the option in the registration questions with your request at least two weeks prior to the start of the event. Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, late request may not be fulfilled.

The following protocols will be in place for all Alliance of Nonprofits + Arizona Grantmakers Forum in-person events:

As you know too well, the COVID-19 situation remains fluid. Based on the current situation, we are continuing to plan in-person events throughout 2023. Nonetheless, we will continue to monitor the situation carefully. We’ll announce as soon as possible if any additional public health safeguards outside of our standard requirements as listed below, will be required to attend or, if we’ll shift to a completely virtual event. Thank you in advance for your support and understanding.

Vaccination Status: COVID-19 vaccines are recommended but not required.

Masks: Masks are not required but are welcome. We will have a small supply of masks on hand, should you want to wear one.

Symptom-check: For the health of all guests, we kindly ask that if you display any symptoms of illness, you stay home. These include but are not limited to:

  • Fever or chills
  • Adverse respiratory symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms)
  • Sore throat
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

Positive test results: We recommend, but do not require, that guests take a COVID-19 test prior to attending any in-person event. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 the day of the event or in the 5-10 days of an initial positive COVID test, we kindly ask that you do not attend.
