ACF's Loan Funds: Advancing Your Mission Through Grants & Loans

Among the tools available through the Arizona Community Foundation are two loan funds; the Community Impact Fund and the Affordable Housing Pre-Development Fund. In each case, these loans are available to nonprofits and must serve a charitable purpose. The Mission of the ACF Community Impact Loan Fund and the Affordable Housing Pre-Development Fund is to sustain and scale high performing community-based initiatives and innovation. The funds advances ACF’s five social investment priorities; Healthcare Innovation, Quality Education, Community Improvement & Development, Environment & Sustainability, and Arts & Culture, by providing support to the nonprofit sector through these financial tools.
