Town Hall Description:

Your voice matters, and we want to hear from you! Please mark your calendars and plan to attend our first Community Town Hall, which will be held virtually on Tuesday, April 25, from 11 a.m. – 12 pm. You will hear from leadership, including Kristen Wilson, CEO; Laurie Liles, Chief Policy Officer & VP, Arizona Grantmakers Forum; and Jeri Royce, Board Member; & Chair, Board Integration Team. If you cannot attend live, please still register, as we will send out a recording of this event to all registrants.

During this Member Town Hall, we will:

  • Share updates on the progress we’ve made toward full integration of our two organizations
  • Review the timeline for upcoming integration milestones
  • Invite you to participate in integration events and activities throughout the year
  • Answer any questions you have

Throughout this early stage of integration, our “North Star” includes the shared mission, vision and values the two boards adopted prior to the merger:

Mission

  • Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits + Arizona Grantmakers Forum are merging our collective resources for greater capacity, impact and advocacy.

Vision

  • The merger will enable more impactful collaborations among philanthropic and nonprofit leaders. It will position the nonprofit sector as a necessary key partner with government and the business community to drive economic growth and build an equitable Arizona where all people thrive.

Values

  • Collaboration • Inclusion • Inspiration • Leadership • Transparency

CEO

AZ Impact for Good

Kristen is a proven leader with more than 16 years’ experience leading efforts to support community stakeholders across multiple sectors. She is focused on bridging the gap between the nonprofit, for-profit and government sectors. A fierce competitor, Kristen is never satisfied with resting on her laurels and is always looking for the next big challenge to conquer. Driven to be the best while remaining authentic and invested in the success of others, Kristen helps organizations and teams reach their full potential by serving as a leader, mentor and chief cheerleader.

Often, her competitive spirit drives her career, but other times it means acing a serve on the volleyball court or reaching a new milestone in her health and wellness journey. But most nights, she is admittedly just playing with her fur babies, Max and Riley.
