Join us for one of the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits’ signature workshops!

Designed specifically for business professionals and community members interested in serving on a nonprofit board, this workshop will explain the roles, responsibilities, and expectations involved. It will also give you the information you need to be effective in your role, whether you are thinking about committing to board service or already served on a board of directors. 

This course features valuable workshops on a range of board service roles, including:

  • The Nonprofit Overview 
  • The Fundraising Role
  • The Fiduciary Role
  • The Legal Role

Scholarships Available to Arizona participants ONLY- see if your organization qualifies here!

 

Cancelation policy – refunds can be given if cancelation request is made within 7 business days of event, but a $20 cancelation fee will be retained to cover event expenses.

Natasha Lopez-Rodriguez is the Director of Community Engagement for AZ Impact for Good since October 2021.  Natasha was previous Executive Director for YWCA Mankato and has a wealth of knowledge in the non-profit sector. She has 9 years of higher education experience within student affairs, registration, admissions, financial aid and recruitment. She has educated the community about financial education at various non-profit organization, community centers, trade and vocational schools, churches and group homes teaching practical financial habits. Natasha is a graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute Class of 2018. Natasha holds MBA with the Keller School of Management and a BA in Communications from 
Arizona State University.
