Natasha Lopez-Rodriguez is the Director of Community Engagement for AZ Impact for Good since October 2021.  Natasha was previous Executive Director for YWCA Mankato and has a wealth of knowledge in the non-profit sector. She has 9 years of higher education experience within student affairs, registration, admissions, financial aid and recruitment. She has educated the community about financial education at various non-profit organization, community centers, trade and vocational schools, churches and group homes teaching practical financial habits. Natasha is a graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute Class of 2018. Natasha holds MBA with the Keller School of Management and a BA in Communications from 
Arizona State University.

Lisa B. Lumbard, CPA, CGFM, not-for-profit consultant and leadership trainer, founded Lumbard Consulting, LLC in 2018 to share with community impact leaders what she learned in over 35 years of providing not-for-profit organizations and local governments with financial and program compliance audit services.  Her most in-demand services are for customized board trainings and assistance with building strong internal controls to support effective not-for-profit organizational growth.

Since selling her audit firm, Lisa followed her passion of supporting not-for-profit leaders and earned the Certificate for Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, the Executive Leadership Certification from the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation and the Interim Executives Academy certificate of completion from The Third Sector.  

She began board service while attending ASU and still serves on multiple boards and committees including the:

• Arizona State Board of Accountancy to which she was appointed by the Governor in 2019, served as treasurer and was elected President in 2022

Mary Tovella Dowling is a practicing attorney and a partner at For Purpose Law Group, where she serves as co-chairperson of the firm's Nonprofit, Business, and Social Enterprise practice groups. Ms. Dowling's legal practice primarily focuses on providing full-service legal representation and outside general counsel services to tax exempt organizations, social enterprises and entrepreneurs across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors.

Ms. Dowling's nonprofit practice is focused on providing counsel and guidance to tax exempt organizations and their donors as they navigate the myriad legal issues facing modern tax-exempt entities. Her current clients include a wide variety of public charities, private foundations, and other nonprofit organizations—from museums, religious and faith-based organizations, and social welfare organizations to sports-based organizations, business leagues, educational institutions and social clubs. John Scola, Senior Vice President of Advancement, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley serves as a key member of the Senior Management Team, working closely with the CEO on BGCAZ’s long-term development goals. He leads a team of resource development professionals who implement annual giving, major gifts, special events and gift planning for the organization. A seasoned Phoenix professional, John has worked with some of the Valley’s most prestigious organizations, including Phoenix Rescue Mission and the Catholic Community Foundation. He is also a sought after speaker and educator for the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. He holds a bachelors from University of Dallas. In his free time, John can be found on the ice playing hockey!
