Diversity, equity, and inclusion goals are achieved faster when social sector leaders use data to communicate the effectiveness of these initiatives. Yet, many foundations are not engaged in impact measurement practices. Leaders either are unsure how to successfully measure impact or perceive impact measurement will take too much time and money.
