Description

Join fellow C-suite nonprofit executives for this exclusive discussion.

Employee engagement and retention are top concerns for leadership, yet in recent Gallup polling, only 19% of employees strongly agree that their performance is managed in a way that motivate them to do outstanding work. Join strategic talent leaders from TriNet as they discuss an employee-centered approach to people success designed to meet the challenges of the modern workforce, to include remote/hybrid, multi-generational, and shifting employee preferences.

 Attendees will learn about:

  •  How to design a performance management strategy that has a positive impact on your people
  • Ways you can empower your front-line managers
  • Tips for activating a new approach while selecting the right tools and systems for successful implementation and execution
