Course Description

AzSAE exists to support the people in the AZ association community. Recently, we broadcast an event with a message so powerful, we wanted to share it again with all of you.

Sherri S. Wick & Brittany Wrenn spoke to us about burnout in the workplace. We learned that work-related burnout is much more common than we think, and can lead to both physical and mental unwellness.

We talked about the causes of burnout, its symptoms, and, most importantly, some things we can do to best care for ourselves and our coworkers.

We are making this program available to everyone, free of charge, in the hope that its message can in some way contribute to our continued well-being.
