Who is the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits + Arizona Grantmakers Forum? 
The Alliance + Arizona Grantmakers is a statewide organization whose focus is to unite, strengthen and advance Arizona’s nonprofit and grantmaking sector. The Alliance has more than 1,100 members and provides a variety of services including access to funding sources, capacity building, advocacy education, networking/convening opportunities and more. What is the Annual Nonprofit + Grantmaker Conference? 
The 2023 Annual Nonprofit + Grantmaker Conference is the organization’s signature event offering a full day of professional development and networking opportunities to all nonprofit and grantmaker professionals and leaders from across Arizona.  Attendees will gather to learn about current topics affecting the sector and take away knowledge for their organization’s future sustainability through presentations by keynote speakers, engaging breakout sessions and exceptional exhibitors.

Audience

  • Alliance Nonprofits + Grantmaker Members and Non-Members, Primarily Executive Directors, Key Staff and Board Chairs, Other professionals include COOs, CFOs, Development, Human Resources, and Communications professionals, Program staff, Consultants, and Foundation staff.
  • The size of organizations attending is almost equal across the board - ranging from small to large nonprofits with an average budget size of $250,000 to $5 million annually. 
  • We anticipate about 80% of attendees will be from Metro Phoenix, 10% will be from Southern Arizona, and 10% from Northern Arizona.

Exhibitor Opportunities

As an exhibitor, you will have access to more than 600 nonprofit and grantmaker professionals and leaders.  In order to give exhibitors the most exposure, we have built in exhibitor time with networking and break times in the hallways of the facility which attendees must pass through between keynotes and breakout sessions.   

All sponsors and premier exhibitors will be provided with a list of attendees who have opted-in to receive sponsor/exhibitor information.  For this reason, we encourage ALL exhibitors to provide a drawing of some sort to gather contacts as well.

Booth Shipping – Delivery & Pick-up: 

If you are in need of shipping your booth materials to the venue prior to our 2023 Annual Nonprofit + Grantmaker Conference, please follow these instructions:  

Delivery of booth materials:

  • Deliveries will only be accepted 3 days prior to the event date (Aug 21-23).
  • Premier AV (the venue’s vendor) is offsite and accepts deliveries Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
  • Collect shipments will be refused.
  • Handling rates are $0.80/pound for inbound shipments.
  • Upon registration for your sponsorship/booth a link to booth shipping form will be provided to make arrangements.

Pick-up of booth materials:  

  • Premier AV cannot call or make arrangements for pick-ups. 
  • Please be sure to have items packed and correct forms/shipping labels ready to go for pick-up.

Option 1 (Preferred):

  • Arrangements should be made for pickup on the last day of the event (Aug 24) from 4pm-6pm to avoid a $100 charge for it to be brought back to Premier AV storage (offsite). There is no storage at the conference venue.
         Pick-up for Option 1 (event venue address): (yes the extra ‘n’ is needed for google maps)

Option 2:

  • If you end up need to do a pick-up on August 25 (day after event) from Premier AV, you will incur the $100 charge for it to be brought back to Premier AV (offsite from venue) and be charged handling rates.
  • Handling rates are $0.80/pound for outbound shipments.
  • Storage at Premier AV is only allowable for 1 day (Aug 25 only).
  • Deliveries can only be picked up from Premier AV Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
