Laura Spiegel is passionate about the power of good leadership and is committed to developing mission-driven teams, leaders and organizations. With more than 40 years experience developing excellence in nonprofit organizations and the people who lead them, Ms. Spiegel offers strengths in leadership development of nonprofit executives and board members, coaching, Board development, organizational development, program planning and design, change management, fund development and various forms of planning. After earning a Master of Social Work degree from ASU specializing in nonprofit management, Ms. Spiegel enjoyed a 30-year career in San Diego that included serving 16 years as the CEO of Home Start, Inc. and 6 years as the director of First 5 San Diego. For the past 20 years, Ms. Spiegel has facilitated nonprofit CEO leadership learning groups in southern California. Ms. Spiegel currently resides in Flagstaff, Arizona.
